Exploration and Treatment of Hypertension and Coronary Disease

　　
Hypertension and coronary disease can be classified as type of the heart-brain and type of the kidney while hypertension and coronary disease of the heart-brain type is of nerve impulse and nerve fatigue; hypertension and coronary disease of the kidney type is of type of body fluid cumulating.

For hypertension of nerve impulse, blood pressure is increased by increased heart function and spasm of micro-circulation caused by nervousness, depressed and angry mood, and reflection.

For hypertension of nerve fatigue, blood pressure and heart function are increased by anoxia and blood deficit in regulating center for heart and blood pressure in brain tissue especially medullary bulb, caused by pressed arteria vertebralis and arteria carotis due to degeneration of vertebrae cervicales and spasm of neck muscles. Coronary disease of the heart-bran type and myocardial ischelia are induced by spasm of coronary arteria mirco-arteria and mirco-vein caused by pressed sympathetic nerve in neck and arteria vertebralis. Hypertension and coronary disease of the kidney type or type of body fluid cumulating are mainly induced by excretion disorder of metabolite due to renal insufficiency, as a result, internal pressure of organs and venous pressure are increased, blood regurgitation is poor.

The author thinks, at the beginning of hypertension and coronary disease of the heart-brain type, no arteriosclerosis exists and blood fat and blood sugar are normal. At the middle Stage, hypertension and coronary disease are of mixed type, while the heart type dominates before renal insufficiency occurs, and the kidney type dominates after renal insufficiency occurs. At the later Stage, kidney function becomes worse, the metabolites in body can not excrete to outside, as a result, the internal and external pressures of organs are as the same as that of venous pressure and arterial pressure, and are even high than that of arterial pressure, heart pumping becomes weaker and even heart failure, life ends. We massage in rear of clavicle joint, Fengchi (GB20), Shentang (UB44), points of blood pressure, plus massage in head, shoulder, chest and back, 4 limbs to improve micro-circulation and blood circulation in head and heart, and good result obtained.
