Objective: Jinduoba weigh-fat loss capsule was a new generation product further developed with modified recipe & technology on the basis of clinical and experimental study of Jinhuan Tablet which acquired the Shanghai Science- technology Progress Prize l998. Jinduoba was approved to have the action of weigh-fat loosing, promoting bowel movement through the animal experiment conducted by the institution, which was assigned by the authorities of health administration to apply the experiment.

Methods: 5l cases were observed, of which the clinical information of 33 cases of simple obesity was obtained by an A-level class-3 hospital that was assigned to participate in the study and supervised by the health authorities, Whereas l8 cases were observed by the author. For 33 cases took Jinduoba capsule for 42 days with an average weight loss of 4.7 kg, however, the physical endurance of the cases was not decreased, but the fat decreased, and the body fluid not reduced; the effective rate for the cases associated with fat infiltration in the liver and fatty liver was 56%, and the effective rate for hyperlipaemia and hypertension was respectively 7l% & 75%. For the l8 cases observed by the author, after 3 months treatment, an average weigh loss of 8.9 kg was obtained, the abdominal line reduced by 6cm, the effective rate was 94.4%.

The boom experiment conducted by Prof. Jin Huiming of Shanghai Medical University indicated that: (1) Jinduoba capsule enabled the decrease of adipose cell volume and the account of adipose cell of rate; (2). Jinduoba capsule Prolonged the gastric emptying time so as to decrease W' it also promoted the movement of intestines, accelerated the discharge of endogenous toxin, reduced the absorption of toxin, (formation of TNFA two necrotic factor), and blood toxin intensity thus, it had the action of detoxification. In addition, in the chemical separation process conducted by Prof. Du Shangjian of Shanghai Communication University it was founded that Jinduoba capsule contained 3 inhibiting pancratolipse monomers, which reduced the absorption of fat. It was known from the above fat that Jinduoba was a multi-target (multi-functional) Product, so that the capsule was named Jinduoba (multi-target).
