Medical Vesiculation Combined with Point Injection for Treatment of Chronic
Objective: To investigate the relation between therapeutic effect of medicinal vesiculation combined with point injection for treatment of chronic hepatitis B (CHB) and different existent forms (free or integrated) of Hepatitis B virus (HBV) in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC).
Methods:The method of semiquantitation of Southern blot was applied to set up an experimental methodology for testing different forms of HBV in PBMC on CBH patients treated by medicinal vesiculation combined with point injection.
Results: The negative-transformation rates of HBeAg of free-form group and integrated-form group were 71 .4% and 31 .3% respectively. Despite there was a little difference between two groups but this difference had no statistic significance. However, the negative transformation rate of HBV DNA for free-form group and integrated-form group is 66.7% and 18.7% respectively, and there was a significant difference between the two groups.
Conclusion: There is a difference between different existent forms (free and integrated) of HBV DNA. Therefore, we should think about the different existent forms of HBV in PBMC While treating CHB patients with medicinal vesiculation combined with point injection therapy.
