Sugary Drinks Can Lead to Soft Children

Children who consume more sugary beverages are at a greater risk for obesity. Harvard University researchers examined the diets of more than 500 children over a 19month period. They found that for each additional can or glass of sugar-sweetened beverage consumed daily, the kids` odds for obesity increased 1.6 times. Soft drinks are the leading source of added sugar in children's diets.
