Influence of Point Injection of Placental Blood on Erythrocyte Immune
Objective: To observe clinical therapeutic effect of point injection of placental blood on chronic bronchitis.
Methods: 4ml of anticoagulant placental blood were put in a bottle sterilized by high pressure, and then placed in a freezer for further sterilization. Three days later it was taken out for melt at room temperature. Chize (LU5) and Sanyinjiao (SP6) were alternatively chosen for point injection of 1ml placental blood each time. The injection was given twice weekly, and 4 weeks' treatments constituted a course. The therapeutic effect was observed after 2 courses of treatments. Erythrocyte C3b rosette formation and skin red spots tests were detected before and after the treatment.
Results: In 86 cases treated, the erythrocyte C3b rosette forming rate measured before and after the treatment were 5.99+3.56 and 20.4+6.21 respectively, with a statistically significant difference (P<0.01). The skin red spots were 6.83+5.21 and 1 .23+5.67mm in diameter, respectively before and after the treatment. The difference was of significance (P<0.01).
Conclusion: Since placental blood contains many kinds of immunoglobulin, it functions to elevate the resistance to diseases. Point injection of placenta blood may act as needle remaining to Produce satisfactory therapeutic effects.
