When vet Ilse Pedler sees a stressed-out dog or anxious cat she's just as likely to turn to homeopathy as conventional medicine.

Ilse is the only qualified homeopathic vet in East Anglia and one of just 32 in Britain.

A partner in vets Mercer and Hughes, Ilse has been a trained vet for 14 years.

She has always been interested in homeopathy and recently completed a three-year course with the Faculty of Homeopathy to gain a diploma.

Ilse said she's treated everything from rabbits to horses with homeopathy.

"I have been very pleased with the results. It is proof that homeopathy really does work," she said.
