Objective: TO observe the clinical curative effect of needle with pure powder of Chinese herb medicine.

Methods: The mechanism of this disease is deficiency in root and excess in superficiality. Deficiencies in root means the deficiency of Qi and Yin, excess in superficiality is stagnation but not Dryness-fire. The rule of treatment is supplementing vital Qi for enriching yin and promoting blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis. In addition, the pharmaceutical function of the components is expounded. And the advantages of the powder and the key points of forming the prescription are pointed out.
　　
Result: After 6 to l2 week continuous treatment, fasting blood sugar (FBS) decreased from 9.9mmol/L to 6.5 and 6.0lmmol/L (P<0.05) and clinical subjective symptoms disappeared. This treatment has no harm to liver or kidney, but has an improvement to curative effect of mixed heparadiposum and hyperlipemia.
　　
Conclusion: TCM is the chief curative method of integration of Chinese and western medicine. Learning is the soul of clinical life of TCM. The reform of prescription is the key of TCM. Powder is the main form of prepared drugs and the direction for treating current incurable diseases. It is the urgent requirement for TCMP to walk into international market. Enforcing the research of active components and sing modern pharmaceutical explation on TCMP is urgently needle.
