Medboo TCM Distance training Program, co-sponsored  by  CACMS and the Medboo Training Center, runs all sorts of distance courses of traditional Chinese medicine, such as Basic Theory of TCM, Diagnosis of TCM, Acupuncture & Moxibustion, Herbology, Formulae of TCM as well as Treatment with Herbal Medicines.

You are allowed 6 months from the date of enrollment to complete Option AB or CD, 12 months for Option ABCD,15 months for Option ABEFG, and 20 months for Option ABCDEFG. If the valid time is over, you should renew the enrollment. All tuition and fees must be paid at the time you enroll.

Tests and Exams

In order to control quality of the results, the correspondence program tests and exams on line are used to determine the student's progress and ability to retain course material. At least one examination will be required after a quarter. Students may be asked to sit a comprehensive examination after finished the option courses.

All students who complete the required courses and pass the examination will receive relevant certificates issued by the Training Center of China Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine. No certificates will be granted to those students who do not take part in or fail in the exams, or discontinue their study.

About the Clinic practice

After you have grasp the skill of clinical analysis, which is the major part of TCM practice, you will proud to go to a Chinese clinic, to learn the technique of feeling pulse, inspecting facial color, locating acupoint, and manipulating needle etc. It takes little time to learning techniques and using brain to analysis.

If you would like to have practice training in China, You can have your internship in the training center and hospitals attached to the China Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine via education visa to China. At those hospital You can also see how acupuncture and herbal medicines are widely practiced in China mainland, and have entertainment during your travel. The clinical internship is about US$300.00 for one week, clinical practice in the morning, and clinical lecture in the afternoon.
