How to differentiate heart vessels obstruction syndrome

 

Heart vessels obstruction syndrome refers to symptoms of palpitation, chest oppression and pain due to obstruction of heart vessels. It is usually seen in coronary atherosclerotic cardiopathy, angina pectoris, myocardiac infarction and cardiac myocarditis, etc. the vessels obstruction can be caused by blood stasis, phlegm, cold and qi stagnation. The following is the compare caused by these factors.

Stabbing chest pain, dull tongue with purplish petechiae, thin and stringent pulse.

Phlegmatic turbidity

Chest oppression and pain, obesity and profuse sputum, heaviness of body, lassitude, whitish greasy tongue fur, sunken and slippery pulse

Cold coagulation

Aggravation of pain with cold, alleviation with warmth, cold body and limbs, pale tongue with white fur, sunken and slow pulse or sunken and tense pulse

Qi stagnation

pain and distention, hypochondriac distention, sighing, light reddish tongue and taut pulse

The pathological factors are often combined to attack body, which need the doctors analysis comprehensively to gain the right diagnosis.
